Dr. Worley, Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, has studied extensively in the U.S. and in Israel.  A 15-year Army Vietnam Veteran, Dr. Worley spent 35 years in private practice and consulting for executives and organizations around the world.

Dorothy has a passion and drive to guide people into a clear grasp of who they are.  A Certified WIDP Affiliate Manager and energizing leader of people, she is the Senior Temperament Advisor for North America.

Maintaining a global network of community engagement activities, Sara leads with a servant heart.  She has experience in multiple industries, from humanitarian and non-profit initiatives to working alongside the United Nations.  Sara directs all engagement efforts as the Senior Temperament Advisor of Europe and Africa.

Amy holds a Masters in Education, a Masters in Organizational Development, and is a Certified WIDP Affiliate Manager.

Dwayne has served as a high school Coach and Teacher since 1997.  He holds a Masters in Education in Instructional Technology and is a Certified WIDP Affiliate Manager.
